You know how to motivate and challenge in the right way.

• Delivering consistent service and food quality during busy, high-pressure shifts
• Monitoring ticket times, guest feedback, and floor flow
• Setting the scene — lighting, music, atmosphere — so every guest feels the Chilled vibe
• Knowing the menu inside out and confidently engaging with guests
