We’re looking for a motivated and enthusiastic General Assistant to support the day-to-day café operations, deliver outstanding customer service, and be a key part of our friendly team

• Delivering top-tier customer service – making every customer feel welcome and ensuring a friendly, engaging atmosphere

• Assisting with food & drink preparation – supporting baristas and chefs in delivering fresh, high-quality products
  .
• Keeping the café running smoothly – helping with cleaning, stock replenishment, and general upkeep
  .
• Taking orders & serving customers – ensuring fast and efficient service with a smile
  .
• Presenting products beautifully – ensuring displays look abundant, inviting
  , and visually appealing.
• Maintaining health & safety standards – ensuring the café remains clean, safe
  , and
• Bringing energy & enthusiasm – supporting a positive, team-focused work environment
  .

• A flexible & adaptable attitude – ready to work weekends and peak periods but no evenings

• Previous customer service experience – some experience in providing great customer experience is preferred - we’ll provide full training!
