Maki & Ramen is looking for an experienced and motivated Floor Supervisor to support the management team in leading front-of-house operations. This is a great opportunity to take on a leadership role, help maintain excellent service standards, and contribute to a positive team culture in a busy, fast-paced restaurant environment.

Key responsibilities
  • Support the day-to-day running of front-of-house service, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
  • Lead, motivate, and guide the team during service to maintain high hospitality standards.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and handle guest feedback or concerns professionally.
  • Ensure cleanliness, organisation, and presentation standards are consistently maintained.
  • Assist with staff training, onboarding, and ongoing development.
  • Coordinate closely with the kitchen team to ensure seamless service flow.
  • Help monitor stock levels, team performance, and operational procedures.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and food hygiene standards.
Skills & Qualifications
  • Previous experience in a supervisory or senior front-of-house role within hospitality.
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
  • A positive, proactive attitude with a passion for customer service.
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and busy service periods.
