Marston’s PLC is seeking a Head Chef to lead our kitchen team across our pubs. You will be responsible for raising the bar and setting high standards, while playing a key role in the pub management team to create memorable guest experiences.
You will develop and retain a motivated kitchen team, ensuring food quality and service speed targets are met, and maintain strong communication with the wider pub team.
