We’re on the lookout for a solid Chef de Partie to join the team at The Bear.
This is a great opportunity to get stuck into a busy, quality-driven kitchen where standards matter but the vibe stays grounded and professional.
What we’re offering:- 45 hours per week (contracted)
- Pay negotiable depending on experience
- 22 days holiday per year
- A strong team environment with room to grow
- Experience working as a CDP or a very strong Commis ready to step up
- Good attitude, consistency, and attention to detail
- Able to handle service and keep standards high under pressure
- Already based on the island with the right to work (non-negotiable)
