As a Deputy Manager, you will:

Deliver an amazing guest experience
- Ensure every visit to Las Iguanas is memorable.
Take ownership & accountability
- Make key decisions when leading shifts or in the absence of the General Manager.
Lead & motivate the team
- Build a positive work environment, helping to train and develop team members.
Ensure restaurant safety & standards
- Keep operations legal, safe, and efficient.
Be commercially aware
- Understand how decisions impact the business and help drive performance & profitability.
