Managed by Rhubarb, 1 Island Quarter is a dynamic all-day venue featuring Binks Yard and Cleaver & Wake, delivering real ales, fine wines, and cocktails paired with grilled and wood-fired dishes. Hit the rooftop terrace for live music, sport on the East Midlands' largest outdoor screen, and an outdoor events space built for memorable nights. Plus a private venue and florist to round it out.

At the heart of the Island Quarter is Cleaver and Wake, our flagship fine dining restaurant.

Cleaver and Wake offers a relaxed yet elegant dining experience without traditional white tablecloths or formal silver service, creating an atmosphere where guests can come not just for special occasions but to enjoy premium food in a comfortable setting

Cleaver & Wake serves regularly changing lunch and dinner menus, and the venue also features an upstairs events space with panoramic city views, suitable for weddings, conferences, and private events for up to 200 guests.
