Paddy and Scott’s Lichfield is seeking a Supervisor to lead our team in delivering excellent hospitality and high-quality service. You will oversee the daily operations of the coffee shop, manage stock, and ensure consistent service standards while supporting Darwin’s Restaurant, the Bar, and Events.
We value energy, positive leadership, and the ability to motivate others across shifts, including weekends and bank holidays. Experience in a coffee shop or similar setting is preferred.
