Store Manager, Retail & Store Manager

Join Vision Express in Elmers End Tesco as a Store Manager and take the next step in your career. We’re looking for a customer‑focused leader who’s confident engaging with people and passionate about delivering outstanding eye care and service.

You’ll be leading a small, skilled team in a store with 2 testing rooms, 3 Optical Assistants, and 2 Optometrists, running 7 clinics per week. This is an ideal role for someone ready for their first store management position in optical retail or an experienced manager looking for a new challenge.

As Store Manager, you’ll inspire and engage your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences, drive performance, and uphold the Vision Express brand. You’ll also be hands‑on on the shop floor, supporting your team and ensuring every customer leaves feeling valued and cared for.

• Free eyewear up to £550 annually with immediate eligibility

• Previous experience developing a store improvement plan
• Managing resources to meet demand and maximise sales
