Role OverviewAs a Corporate Account Executive, you’ll be the friendly first point of contact for our business‑to‑business customers. With the customer’s needs at the heart of every conversation, you’ll deliver an experience that feels effortless and reassuring. You’ll also be a reliable source of frontline support for our store teams, helping them offer a smooth and seamless Corporate Eyecare service to every client who walks through their door.
Key Responsibilities- Handle queries from corporate clients, colleagues and the sales team via phone, email or Teams.
- Take ownership of each enquiry, ensuring every detail is managed thoroughly and resolved confidently.
- Maintain accurate records in our CRM, raise invoices, process orders, and reconcile payments using voucher and banking systems.
- Keep an eye on stock levels, manage voucher reissues, support new stores during onboarding, and collaborate closely with internal teams to keep everything running smoothly.
- Lend a hand with reporting, billing and everyday admin that keeps our service consistent and dependable.
- Experience in a customer‑focused role; business‑to‑business experience is ideal.
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office.
- Strong communication skills, especially over the phone.
- Organised, proactive, and confident in managing your own workload from start to finish.
- Good judgement, a fresh energy, enthusiasm, and a real drive to deliver standout service.
