What you'll be doing
We have exciting opportunity to join our Wellness Category team as Assistant Category Development Manager. Wellness is the fastest growing category in the business, in the last year launching over 70 brands into wellness with more to come as we continue to grow the wellness business further. Reporting into Category Manager, you will:
Key responsibilitiesYou'll work side‑by‑side with our Category Development Manager to bring the hottest, most exciting wellness brands to market. As our Wellness category expands both in store and online, you'll play a key role in spotting emerging trends, shaping brand launches, and helping us create a standout, future‑focused wellness destination for our customers. This is your chance to make a visible impact, champion innovation, and help build the next generation of must have wellness products.
Whatyou'll need to have (our must-haves)
- Passionate about the wellness space, with curiosity for new brands, trends, and emerging customer needs.
- Resilient, tenacious, and excited by pace, change, and challenge.
- Proven ability to work effectively with suppliers, commercial teams, brand, marketing, digital, and operations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise, problem‑solve, and keep multiple work streams moving at speed.
