If you have a sharp eye for detail, enjoy working in a fast-moving environment, and want to make a tangible impact in stores, this could be a great opportunity to join our Trading Operations team. You'll play a key role in bringing commercial plans to life, working cross-functionally with passionate colleagues to deliver simple, effective in-store activity that really works. It's a collaborative role where operational thinking and strong relationships are valued.

What

you'll be doing

You'll operate in a fast-paced, reactive environment supporting multiple product categories to deliver their commercial plans effectively in stores. This involves working cross-functionally to ensure all activity is operationally sound, clearly communicated, and designed with stores firmly in mind.

You'll help translate commercial strategy into practical execution - ensuring stores have the right guidance, resources, and operational clarity to deliver activity to a high standard. Collaboration with teams such as Store Planning and Store Communications will be central to your role.

Key responsibilities
  • Provide clear, operational guidance and information to stores, central teams, and field functions through cross‑functional collaboration
  • Create engaging materials that bring commercial plans to life for stores
  • Identify and deliver operational solutions to tactical issues
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships across departments and external partners
  • Ensure commercial activity is simple, store‑focused, and operationally fit for purpose
  • Review prototypes of new display aids and show materials to confirm suitability for stores
  • Evaluate activity performance and incorporate insights into future planning
  • Build strong connections with buddy stores through regular (fortnightly) visits
  • Support delivery of new product development into stores, ensuring simple execution and strong compliance
What you'll need to have (our must‑haves)
  • Knowledge of key Store Operational processes
  • High standard of written and verbal communication
  • Analytical thinking and problem solving
  • Cross‑functional working and stakeholder management
  • Confidence to drive change in a challenging and fast‑paced environment
It would be great if you also have
  • Experience with excel
  • Experience of using Adobe In Design
