As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast‑paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

• Customer Service – delivering an exceptional customer experience, from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience – providing the brand bra fitting experience and expert advice on sizing and styles.
• Visual Merchandising – owning the merchandising and presentation of our products, helping customers find what they need.
• Store Standards – maintaining store standards, front and back‑of‑house, managing deliveries, stock replenishment, loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.

• Passion for retail – a passion for all things retail, creating unique experiences for every customer.
• Love the customer – a keenness to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge.
