• Deliver a personalised, premium customer experience as a Sales Assistant
• Build strong relationships with customers and local sporting communities
• Drive store sales and exceed individual and team KPIs

• Maintain exceptional visual merchandising, stock control, and operational standards

• Previous experience as a Sales Assistant in premium retail, sports retail, or a customer‑focused environment
• A genuine passion for sport and performance apparel
• Strong communication skills and a natural ability to engage customers
