As a Sales Associate at Victoria’s Secret you’ll work in an exciting, engaging, fast-paced environment, surrounded by a friendly and supportive team who are all connected through their passion for delivering the very best customer experience.

• Customer Service – deliver an exceptional customer experience to all customers, from helping them find the perfect product to completing their purchase at the till.
• Brand Bra Experience – provide the brand bra fitting experience, giving customers expert advice on their size and the styles that suit their needs best.
• Visual Merchandising – own the merchandising and presentation of products, helping customers find the items they need and the items they didn’t even know they needed.
• Store Standards – maintain store standards, both front and back, including managing deliveries, maintaining stock replenishment, assisting loss prevention, and adhering to health & safety procedures.

• Passion for retail – have a passion for all things retail and enjoy creating a unique experience for every customer.
• Customer focus – keen to learn and develop customer service skills and product knowledge, and eager to participate in learning programmes.
• Relationship building – willing to develop valued relationships with team members and customers.
