• Monday: 15:00 – 23:00
• Tuesday: 14:30 – 18:30

Our Tesco colleague rate starts from £13.28 an hour; this increases to £14.55 for stores within the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

We offer a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week. If you would like to work fewer hours—down to a minimum of 12—we still welcome you to apply. Your contracted hours will be scheduled within the availability windows listed above and you will receive three weeks’ notice of your exact shift timings.

• Help serve shoppers better every day.
• Carry out duties across the store including service, picking and replenishment areas.
• Apply training to work safely, effectively and serve customers brilliantly.
• Make decisions that are right for customers, delivering routines in store that meet their needs at the right time.
• Take part in seasonal, community and charity events, creating an inclusive atmosphere.
• Understand your store’s performance and contribute to driving service, sales, reducing waste and shrink, and delivering profit.
• Handle products with care to maintain quality and ensure they reach customers in the best condition.
• Accept deliveries into the store when required.

Applicants must be over 18. Tesco will only recruit individuals who have passed the school leaver’s age. If the role requires working before 6:15 am or after 9:45 pm, or involves working in areas such as the warehouse, counter, bakery, or driving roles, the candidate must be over 18.
