• Support the Store Manager in day-to-day operations and team leadership.
• Motivate and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and exceed sales targets.
• Maintain visual and operational standards that reflect our brand identity.
• Drive store performance through strong communication, coaching, and accountability.
• Identify new opportunities to improve processes and elevate the customer experience.

• Experienced in retail leadership — ideally within Streetwear, lifestyle or premium fashion.
