About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic, passionate, and polished Client Advisor to join a prestigious luxury jewellery boutique in London. The ideal candidate will provide an outstanding personalized shopping experience, building lasting relationships with clients and embodying the values and aesthetic of the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional client service and build strong, trusting relationships with clients
• Understand clients’ needs and preferences to provide tailored product advice
• Present and articulate the collections and craftsmanship with confidence and enthusiasm
• Manage client appointments and follow-ups to ensure a seamless sales experience
• Collaborate with the boutique team to achieve sales targets and maintain boutique standards
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and brand developments

Requirements:

• Previous experience in luxury retail or client advisory, preferably in Jewellery
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a natural ability to build rapport
• Passion for luxury products, especially fine Jewellery
• Professional, polished appearance and attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
• Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus
