• Support the store management team in driving sales and profit within the store through delivery of exceptional customer service on the shop floor at all times.
• Demonstrate and uphold the values and vision of the company whilst ensuring adherence to company procedures and policies.
• Offer expert advice to customers and provide inspirational insight into The Body Shop products and philosophy.
• Learn product origins and engage customers to find a suitable range that meets their needs.

• Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with customers. Customer service experience is ideal.
• Ability to communicate and listen effectively.
• Genuine passion for beauty and the retail industry.
• Open availability for evening, weekend, and holiday shifts.
