Akzo Nobel's Dulux Decorator Centre is seeking a capable store supervisor to support the Cluster Manager in driving performance across a cluster of stores. You will help develop and engage store sales teams to meet business targets while delivering outstanding customer experiences.
You will oversee culture, controls and processes, contribute to P&L ownership with a focus on sales growth, margin, stock and cash protection, and collaborate to review performance trends.
