Are you an experienced Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant, Keyholder or Team Leader looking for your next opportunity in fashion retail?

We're recruiting for a Supervisor to join a successful fashion retailer in Nottingham. Working 32 hours per week, you'll support the Store Manager, lead from the shop floor and help deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and team performance.

The Role

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store. You'll coach the team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer receives a first-class shopping experience.

You'll be responsible for:

Supporting and motivating the team

Driving sales and KPI performance

Delivering outstanding customer service

Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards

Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager

What We're Looking For

You'll have experience in a fast-paced retail environment as a Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant, Keyholder, Team Leader or Assistant Manager.

You'll be passionate about retail, confident leading people, commercially minded and ready for your next challenge.
