Entain Group is recruiting a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead high-street betting shop teams and deliver outstanding customer service every day. You will report to the Shop Manager and work with the Shop Team to drive sales and ensure strict standards across service, cash handling and compliance.
In our Ladbrokes & Coral shops you’ll engage customers, open and close the shop, manage rotas around a 30-hour week, and maintain a welcoming environment where every customer feels valued.
