Entain Group is hiring a Retail Customer Service Manager to lead customer service in our Ladbrokes & Coral betting shops. You will report to the Shop Manager and work with the Shop team to deliver friendly, efficient service.
The role offers 20-hour weeks with flexible shifts Mon-Sun, 8am-10pm, and a base rate of £13 per hour. Previous customer-facing experience and cash handling skills are required.
