Category Manager - OTC Healthcare

In this role, you will report to the Head of Category and lead a dynamic team, building excellent relationships both internally and externally. Your passion for healthcare and ability to inspire others will be key as you navigate the highs and lows of trading.,

• Execute the commercial strategy across your categories, ensuring optimal delivery against our ambitions.
• Lead various projects, leveraging your understanding of properties, space, and layouts.
• Build strong relationships with supplier partners to create the best possible plans for our customers.
• Optimise the P&L with an entrepreneurial mindset, pulling all available levers for success.
• Understand customer needs and motivations, translating insights into actionable trade plans.
  Proven ability to build great relationships internally and externally, leveraging them to maximise opportunities.
• A strong commercial awareness with a deep understanding of customer needs and motivations.
• Inspirational leadership skills that foster commitment and belief in others.
• A proactive, go-getter attitude, always seeking new opportunities to drive the business forward.
• It would be great if you also have Previous experience in retail and category management, with excellent negotiation skills.
