Are you an experienced Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant, Keyholder or Team Leader looking for your next opportunity in fashion retail?

We're recruiting for a Supervisor to join a successful fashion retailer in Nottingham
. Working 32 hours per week
, you'll support the Store Manager, lead from the shop floor and help deliver an outstanding customer experience while driving sales and team performance.

As Supervisor, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of the store. You'll coach the team, drive commercial performance and ensure every customer receives a first-class shopping experience.

• Supporting and motivating the team
• Driving sales and KPI performance
• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store standards
• Taking responsibility for the store in the absence of the Store Manager

You'll have experience in a fast-paced retail environment as a Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant, Keyholder, Team Leader or Assistant Manager
.

You'll be passionate about retail, confident leading people, commercially minded and ready for your next challenge.
