The Role

As a Graduate Account Executive, you will play a central role in managing client relationships and ensuring smooth communication across the business.

Responsibilities
  • Managing and nurturing relationships within a portfolio of clients
  • Serving as the main point of contact between customers and internal departments
  • Ensuring clear, timely communication across operations, sales, and customer service
  • Supporting account managers with day-to-day tasks and project coordination
  • Analysing client data and performance reports to support improvements
  • Contributing to the long-term development and growth of client accounts
Requirements
  • A 2:1 degree or above
  • At least 6 months of customer-facing experience (retail, hospitality, sales, or similar)
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Good organisational ability and a proactive approach
  • An interest in developing a career within logistics, supply chain, or account management
