At Shortlist Marketing our Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) play a vital role in delivering business opportunities to our clients. You’ll be responsible for engaging with prospective customers, qualifying sales opportunities and generating appointments for our clients pipelines.

We're looking for someone that wants to join a dynamic and growing organisation; suiting someone looking to develop strong B2B sales skills within a collaborative team. We’re looking for an individual who is open to feedback, confident enough to share ideas, and motivated to continuously improve their approach.

You’ll be supported with clear processes, coaching and exposure to a wide range of campaigns, industries and decision-makers, helping you build a solid skillset in modern B2B lead generation. We pride ourselves on our talented and experienced team, offering a competitive salary, great commission structure, regular team activities, ongoing training and 4pm Friday finishes.

Key responsibilities:

* Setting appointments on behalf of our clients with well qualified sales opportunities

* Build and maintain a pipeline of future potential sales opportunities

* Contribute to campaign and sales strategy

* Maintain effective communication with clients and colleagues

* Keep systems updated and accurate; namely Hub Spot CRM

* Achieving the above against monthly sales KPIs.

Key Attributes:

* Technical proficiency and confidence with learning CRMs such as Hub Spot

* Effective communication and stakeholder management

* Time management and team work

* Confident with cold outreach - primarily through phone & email

* A desire to excel at Sales
