• Develop and manage a strong pipeline of new business across a number of key industry sectors.
• Build long‑term relationships with contractors, developers and end‑users.
• Provide expert guidance on steel frame building solutions, ensuring clients receive the right structure for their operational needs.
• Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and site visits.
• Work closely with design, engineering, and project teams to deliver seamless customer experiences.

• Proven sales experience within steel structures (ideally), modular buildings, construction products, or a related technical sector.
• Strong communication skills and the confidence to engage with decision‑makers at all levels.
• A proactive, self‑motivated approach with the ability to manage the UK territory.
• Understanding of UK construction standards and project workflows (advantageous).
• A commitment to professionalism, safety and industry best practice.
