Salary £40,000 - £60,000 + Car/Car Allowance + Commission
About the roleWe’re looking for a driven and relationship-focused Business Development Manager to join a growing team within a well-established logistics business. This company has had a presence for over 40 years and is currently in their next phase of expansion.

- Generating new business in line with agreed targets
- Approach customers through cold calling and warm leads
- Stay up-to date with market trends
- Identify, assess and report opportunities for growth and development via new customers, new routes and new services
- Experience selling Road, Air or Sea Freight
- Strong drive to build long lasting relationships
- Monitoring shipments
- Strong soft skills Face-to-Face and via telephone
