An outstanding opportunity to commence a long‑term career in Financial Services as a full‑time, fully employed, CII qualified Mortgage & Protection Adviser with The New Homes Group. After 16 weeks of office‑based training you will be eligible for home‑based working.

Salary & Commission Structure

• Weeks 1‑16:
  Basic salary £25,500 per annum
• Month 4‑6:
  Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £30,000 per annum
• Month 7‑10:
  Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £32,500 per annum
• Month 11‑16:
  Basic salary plus guaranteed commission to £35,000 per annum
• Month 17 onwards:
  Basic salary £25,000 plus unlimited commission – realistic OTE over £45,000

Post‑training earnings
:
From month 4 of employment you will receive tiered guaranteed commissions, with a realistic OTE of £50,000+ in the second full year.

Location & Working Hours

• Training: 11 weeks office‑based in Nottingham Academy Centre followed by 5 weeks remote; thereafter fully remote.
• Training hours: 9:30 AM‑5 PM, Monday to Friday; no planned holidays during training.
• Post‑training hours:
  Mix of 9 AM‑6 PM and 11 AM‑8 PM, Monday to Friday; no weekend work.

Qualifications & Experience

• Strong desire to work in Financial Services, specifically mortgages & protection.
• Track record in customer service and sales.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication and listening skills; ability to explain complex information simply.
• Organised with a disciplined, structured approach to work.
• Competent IT user and Microsoft Office – Excel, Word, Outlook.
