The RoleAs a Lead Generator, you'll play a key role in driving new business opportunities by engaging with business owners and decision-makers across the UK.
You'll be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating qualified leads, and booking appointments for the senior sales team.
Key Responsibilities- Outbound B2B calling to generate new business opportunities
- Building rapport with decision-makers and qualifying prospects
- Booking appointments for the sales team
- Managing and updating CRM systems accurately
- Following up on warm enquiries and marketing campaigns
- Maintaining a strong pipeline of opportunities
- Working towards daily and monthly KPIs
- Representing the business professionally at all times
- Previous lead generation, telesales, or outbound sales experience
- Confident communication and objection-handling skills
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational and time management skills
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Experience in utilities, energy, or B2B sales is advantageous but not essential
- Competitive basic salary (£25-£45 doe)
