Key Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, understanding their business objectives, challenges and priorities
* Develop and execute account plans that align with customer goals and support long-term account growth
* Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional services and solutions within existing accounts
* Coordinate with delivery, technical and commercial teams to ensure successful project and service delivery
* Provide regular customer updates, manage expectations and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
* Resolve customer issues and escalations by collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
* Support contract renewals and commercial discussions where required
* Monitor market trends and customer needs to identify opportunities for additional value and service enhancement Experience
Required:
* Previous experience in an Account Management, Customer Success, Client Partner or Account Director position
* Experience managing and growing technology services accounts
* Proven experience selling or positioning AWS, cloud, data or broader technology solutions and services to customers
* Strong understanding of cloud transformation, managed services, consulting or digital transformation engagements
* Proven ability to build and maintain senior stakeholder relationships
* Demonstrable experience identifying and delivering account growth opportunities through a land-and-expand approach
* Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance customer outcomes and business objectives
* Excellent communication, relationship management and stakeholder engagement skills
* Experience working with cross-functional technical and delivery teams to achieve successful customer outcomes
