Job Title: Sales Director – Print Management
A highly successful print management company is seeking a driven, self‑motivated individual who thrives on challenge and has a drive to succeed.
Responsibilities- Lead and nurture a sales team to build long‑lasting relationships with partners and deliver superior service.
- Maximise company profit through trend analysis, market monitoring and result tracking.
- Accurately forecast sales predictions and shifts in the marketplace to create strong sales plans.
- Maintain close, trusting relationships with clients and team members.
- Extensive experience in the print industry, with strong numeracy and commercial acumen.
- Ability to forecast sales, identify market shifts, and develop proactive strategies.
- Great interpersonal skills and capacity to lead a sales team.
- Generous basic commission, bonus and pension scheme.
