About the Role

As a Business Development Manager, you’ll be the face of the business within your region, developing and maintaining relationships with a network of brokers and intermediaries. You’ll have autonomy to manage your diary, build meaningful partnerships, and drive growth across the company’s bridging, refurbishment, and buy-to-let products. You’ll be joining a high-performing, supportive team that values initiative, collaboration, and results.

What You’ll Do
  • Develop and grow a portfolio of broker relationships across your region.
  • Structure and support deals from enquiry to completion, working closely with internal teams.
  • Proactively source new business opportunities through networking, events, and referrals.
  • Meet and exceed quarterly and annual sales targets.
  • Represent the brand at industry exhibitions, workshops, and networking events.
What We’re Looking For
  • Proven experience in bridging and development lending.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a BDM or sales role within financial services.
  • Excellent relationship-building and presentation skills.
  • Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and confident managing your own pipeline.
  • Professional integrity and alignment with values such as teamwork, service, and tenacity.
