E.ON Next is looking for a Sales Specialist in Customer Operations, based in Nottingham. You will talk to customers by phone and email, craft solutions to customer challenges, and lead on sales for onboarding, retentions, switches and cross-selling.
You will think fast, take ownership, and discuss product options to meet customer needs. The role embraces flexible, hybrid working with 2–3 days in hubs, 9am–5pm, and a strong focus on service excellence.
