Estate Agent (Sales Negotiator)
£22.5k base salary, 30k OTE, Permanent, Full Time, West Bridgford. Working:
Monday to Friday 8:45 to 5:30, 1 in 2 Saturdays 9:00-15:00.

Harper Recruitment Group is partnering with a highly successful, independent estate agency. We are looking for a driven and personable Sales Negotiator to join the West Bridgford team. If you are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, building relationships, and thriving in a target‑driven environment, this is your opportunity to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities- Drive the sales journey, helping buyers and sellers every step of the way.
- Take ownership of property sales from enquiry to completion, arranging viewings, negotiating offers, and ensuring a seamless experience.
- Build lasting relationships with vendors and buyers, understanding their needs and providing expert guidance.
- Negotiate confidently to secure the best outcomes for all parties and keep sales progressing smoothly.
- Proactively generate new business opportunities and maintain regular communication with clients, delivering a high‑standard service.
- Liaise with solicitors, mortgage brokers and surveyors to keep transactions on track.
- Maintain accurate records, manage enquiries and ensure compliance requirements are met.
- Motivated, customer‑focused individual ready to make an impact.
- Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
- Proactive, positive attitude and passion for outstanding customer service.
- Strong negotiation abilities with a commercial mindset.
- Drive to achieve targets while working within a supportive team.
- Great organisational skills, ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Full UK Driving Licence and access to own vehicle (essential).
