Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 (DOE) + £5,000 Car Allowance

We're recruiting for an experienced Business Development Manager to join a well-established developer specialising in high-end bespoke residential projects.

This is an office-based role, suited to someone with a strong background in business development within bespoke new-build housing or a similar construction/sector. You'll play a key role in identifying new opportunities, building lasting relationships and helping to grow the business.

The Role

• Develop and maintain relationships with architects, planning departments and land buyers.
• Identify and secure new business opportunities.
• Build and nurture a network of industry contacts.
• Support the company's marketing activity through social media and content creation.
• Represent the business professionally within the industry.

About You

• Minimum of 5 years' business development experience within bespoke new-build housing or a similar construction / sector.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Commercially focused with a proactive approach to generating new business.
• Existing industry contacts are desirable but not essential.
• Confident using social media to support business development activities.

Package

• £55,000 - £65,000 salary (depending on experience)
• £5,000 car allowance
• 25 days' annual leave
• Monday to Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm
• Office-based role, Nottingham
