The role, principally focussed on the sales side of Estate Agency
, will involve growing the property register by driving market appraisals into instructions and generating new sales and maximising all potential revenue. Based in West Bridgford
, a candidate with strong market knowledge would be ideal.

This role is for an existing Sales Negotiator, with a proven track record of achieving KPI's and targets . You will have the ability to build excellent rapport with clients and deliver first-class service, every time you represent the company. You will be enthusiastic, keen, and genuine, and be looking to progress your career within a successful Estate Agency.
