Sales Account Manager

Delta Consultants is working with a client leading the way in In Vitro Diagnostics (IVD) innovation who offer advanced Point-of-Care Testing devices for both human and veterinary markets. Currently we are seeking an Account Manager to focus on expanding their Biochemistry portfolio in the North and Midlands. Role Requirements Develop and drive sales in both human and veterinary markets, expanding IVD business into hospital and non-hospital sectors.

This is a business development role more than account management. Provide expert clinical and technical support across all IVD product areas. Conduct product demonstrations and oversee customer installations. Collaborate with the IVD Business Manager on budgeting, sales forecasting, and strategic marketing initiatives. Support new product launches and identify new business opportunities. Work closely with internal teams to address customer orders, queries, and complaints efficiently.

Person Specifications Proven experience in sales within the IVD sector. Strong clinical and technical knowledge of IVD, or a background in life sciences, academic or lab environments.
