Gallagher are looking for ambitious Sales Specialists to join Vasek Insurance, a growing Gallagher brand based in Nottingham. This is an exciting opportunity to join an expanding team where you'll build relationships with insurance brokers, support policy renewals and play a key role in retaining existing business. If you enjoy speaking with people, building rapport and working towards targets, Gallagher will provide full training, support to gain industry recognised qualifications and genuine long-term career opportunities within one of the world's leading insurance organisations.

You will be speaking with brokers who already have policies in place, helping to manage upcoming renewals and building long-term relationships. The focus is on retaining business, delivering a great customer experience and having proactive conversations that strengthen partnerships.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Handling a mix of outbound and inbound calls, including contacting brokers ahead of policy renewals, discussing ongoing insurance requirements, and assisting with queries relating to live policies.
• Building strong relationships with brokers through regular phone conversations and excellent customer service.
• Identifying opportunities to retain and grow existing business through effective relationship management.
• Understanding broker needs and working with internal teams to achieve the best outcome for clients.
• Accurately recording customer information across multiple systems.
• Working collaboratively with your team to deliver an excellent customer experience.

• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or contact centres beneficial but not essential
• Confident speaking on the phone and making outbound calls
• Strong communication and relationship building skills
• Positive attitude, resilience and a strong work ethic

• Salary of £25,000 + performance bonuses.
