Talk Straight is seeking a Technical Account Manager to be the technical expert for our key customers and partners across the UK. You will own the technical relationship, lead service reviews, and ensure customers gain real value from our solutions.
You will collaborate with the PPM, Sales and Tech Ops, reporting to the Chief Sales Officer, and travel up to 15,000 miles per year with two monthly office days to stay aligned with the wider team.
