The Role
As a Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator, you will:
- Welcome buyers and vendors, delivering an exceptional customer experience
- Register applicants and match them with suitable properties
- Arrange and conduct property viewings
- Proactively market and promote newly listed properties
- Generate valuation opportunities and identify new business
- Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients throughout the sales process
- Support the wider team in achieving branch targets and business objectives
Sales Negotiator / Senior Sales Negotiator Requirements:
- Recent residential estate agency experience
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ambitious, career-driven, and motivated to achieve results
- Hard-working with a proactive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team while also performing independently
- Strong negotiation and relationship-building skills
- Full UK driving licence
