Internal Sales – Plumbing & Heating

I am recruiting for an Internal Sales opportunity with a well-established distributor of plumbing products, the role will involve handling inbound customer enquiries and orders, preparing and following up quotations, providing product advice and ensuring customers receive a high level of service throughout the sales process. You’ll be dealing with customers across the commercial sector, working closely with the wider branch team to ensure orders and enquiries are handled efficiently.

Full product training will be provided, making this a great opportunity for someone looking to develop their career within the industry.

I’m looking for someone who is confident, personable and commercially minded, with a genuine interest in working with customers and developing their sales career. Previous Internal Sales experience would be advantageous, but it is not essential. I’m equally interested in speaking with people from other sales or customer-focused backgrounds who have the right attitude and are keen to learn. You’ll ideally be someone who enjoys speaking with customers, understands the importance of providing a great service and is comfortable working in a busy environment where you may be managing several enquiries ’ll need to be a good communicator, organised and proactive, with the confidence to ask questions, learn the product range and build relationships with both new and existing customers.
