The Role
- Internal Sales / Sales Support
- Handling inbound sales enquiries
- Processing customer orders
- Preparing and following up quotations
- Providing product advice and technical support
- Managing customer requirements from enquiry through to order
- Building strong customer relationships
- Liaising with customers across the sector
- Working closely with the wider branch and sales team

- Providing a high level of customer service
- Established independent merchant
- Strong presence within the commercial building services market
- Broad product portfolio covering heating, plumbing, ventilation, air conditioning and renewables
- Established customer base and branch network
- Excellent opportunity for career development and progression
- Previous sales, internal sales or customer service experience
- Confident communicating with customers
- Strong telephone and communication skills
- Customer-focused and commercially aware
- Organised and able to manage multiple enquiries
- Comfortable working within a busy sales environment
- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
