About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic and ambitious Beer Consultant to join our independent brewery team.

This is an entry-level field sales and brand ambassador role, ideal for someone who loves independent beer and wants to build a career in brewing, sales and hospitality.

You will help grow our business by winning new customers and building strong relationships with pubs, bars, restaurants and retailers. Approximately two days each week will be spent making structured sales calls, with the rest of your time spent visiting customers and prospects in the field.

This isn’t about selling any beer to any customer. You will learn to understand each venue, recommend the right products and become a trusted beer adviser. You will share market knowledge, consumer trends and practical advice that helps our customers build a stronger beer range and grow their sales.

As part of a small independent brewery team, you must also be willing to get stuck in. You will learn how to brew beer, help with deliveries when needed and represent the brewery at festivals, tastings and trade shows.
