-Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Finaways UK Ltd are part of the Vanaways UK Group and is a fast growing commercial finance brokerage specialising in helping UK businesses.

We’re looking for a driven and ambitious individual to join our growing team.

This is a fantastic junior opportunity for someone who is confident speaking to people, enjoys sales and building relationships, who is able to dial out to alarge database ofwarm clients and daily fresh leads available.

You don’t need previous experience in financial services. What matters most to us is your attitude and work ethic.

The intention is for this role to naturally evolve into becoming a finance broker within 6 months to 1 year dependent on performance.

You’ll receive full training, ongoing development and one-to-one mentorship from our directors and management team, giving you the tools and knowledge to build a successful career in commercial finance.

As an SDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for prospective business customers.

You’ll engage with business owners across the UK, understand their requirements, qualify opportunities and arrange appointments for our experienced finance brokerage team to convert commercial finance opportunities.

• Making outbound calls to prospective UK business customers
• Qualifying and following up warm leads, enquiries and existing customer opportunities
• Understanding businesses and their finance requirements
• Working towards individual and team KPIs and sales targets and maintaining CRM records
• Building knowledge of our finance products and services
• Adhere to our internal processes and FCA requirements

You’ll be someone who:

• Is confident and comfortable speaking to customers on the phone
• Is ambitious, competitive and target-driven
• Is organised, process-driven and able to manage multiple opportunities
• Has excellent listening and communication skills
• A desire to develop professionally

Previous experience in sales, telesales, lead generation, recruitment, insurance, banking, financial services or customer relationship management is advantageous, but not essential we are happy to offer full training for individuals leaving education or university.
