This role of Sales Performance Manager will be working directly for the Manufacturer and travelling to the regions retailers acrossthe West Midlands.
Our client is flexible on where you are based as long as youlive in the West Midlands and are flexible to travel throughout the region.
Position OverviewThe Sales Performance Manager is responsible for driving sales performance and
achieving commercial targets within a designated geographiczone. This role involves
managing relationships with dealers, executing sales strategies, and ensuring that the
brand's presence and performance are optimized within the assigned area. The Sales
Performance Manager plays a crucial role in aligning local sales activities with broader
company objectives.
Responsibilities- Achieve Sales Targets:
Meet and exceed sales goals withinthe assigned zone by developing and implementing effective sales strategies. - Dealer Network Management:
Establish and maintain strong relationships with dealers, ensuring they are fully supported and motivated toachieve sales targets. Provide training and resources to improve dealerperformance. - Sales Strategy Execution:
Implement sales initiatives and promotional activities in alignment with the company's overall strategy. Monitor and adjust strategies based on performance metrics and market conditions. - Market Analysis:
Conduct regular market research and analysis to identify opportunities and threats within the zone. Provide insights and recommendations to the Regional Operations Manager. - Brand Representation:
Serve as the face of the brand within the zone, ensuring consistent and positive brand representation across allsales channels. - Customer Satisfaction:
Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels, working with dealers to address any issues and improve the overall customer experience. - Performance Reporting:
Prepare and deliver regular reportson sales performance, market trends, and dealer activities to the Regional Operations Manager.
- Professional experience: more than 8 years of work experience in automobile Sales management and dealer network management;
- Abundant resources and relationship with dealer group and dealers;
- Excellent management skills, preferably in projects involving site selection, architecture / construction approval processes and implementation of franchise standards.
- Strong communication and coordination ability, planningability and execution ability; relationship establishment and maintenancecapabilities;
- Strong ability to withstand pressure; strong subjectiveinitiative, daring to innovate and break through.
- Flexibility to travel throughout the Region.
