Sales Manager

Premier Work Support are currently working alongside their client to source a permanent Sales Manager to join their growing business. Our client is looking for an ambitious, commercially minded Sales Manager who will play a key role in the next stage of their companies' development. This is a hands-on leadership position for someone who can build and develop a strong, high-performing sales team, increase revenue and market share, and identify and open new markets and opportunities.

As a small business, everyone has an important role to play, so our client is looking for someone who is comfortable working closely with the wider team, getting involved in the detail, making decisions, and taking ownership of results. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the direction and growth of the business.

Key Responsibilities Lead and Develop the Sales Team Drive Sales Growth Increase Market Share Develop New Markets Sales Strategy & Business Development For this role you will:
Be commercially driven, entrepreneurial and hands-on. Ideally have experience managing or developing a sales team, but equally important is your ability to build something and make things happen.

You will be:

An experienced sales professional with a proven track record of delivering growth. A confident and effective team leader who enjoys developing people. Commercially aware and comfortable working with targets, KPIs and sales data. A strong communicator and relationship builder. Proactive, self-motivated and comfortable working independently. Comfortable working in a small business where priorities can change and everyone gets involved. Strategic enough to see the bigger picture, but practical enough to get involved in the day-to-day.
