The Role As a Sales Negotiator, you will:
Build strong relationships with buyers and vendors Register new buyers and maintain accurate customer records Arrange and conduct property viewings Proactively contact buyers regarding new properties Generate new valuation opportunities Negotiate offers between buyers and vendors Conduct accompanied viewings Deliver an exceptional level of customer service throughout the sales process Work collaboratively with the wider team to achieve branch and individual targets Sales Negotiator Requirements Previous Estate Agency experience Sales experience within property is desirable Experience in lettings will also be considered for candidates looking to transition into sales Hard-working and motivated approach Ambitious and career-driven Strong communication and customer service skills Confident, proactive, and target-focused Ability to work effectively as part of a team Full UK driving licence What's on Offer?
£25,000 - £26,000 basic salary Individual commission structure £30,000 - £35,000 realistic OTE Ongoing training and support Clear opportunities for career progression Supportive and successful working environment Working Arrangement Full time position Monday to Friday, with 1 in 3 Saturdays Lieu day provided when working Saturdays Apply Today!
