Salary: £35,000 basic per annum + uncapped commission

Pro Kitchens Nottingham is growing, and we're looking for an experienced Kitchen Sales Designer to join us as we take the business into its next stage of growth.

We're an independent kitchen company with ambitious expansion plans, and we're excited about what the future holds. Now, we're looking for the right person to become part of our team - someone who loves creating great kitchen designs, enjoys working with customers and knows how to turn opportunities into successful sales.

We're offering a £35,000 basic salary plus uncapped commission
, giving you the security of a competitive basic salary alongside the opportunity to increase your earnings through your own success.

As our Kitchen Sales Designer, you'll play an important part in the growth of Pro Kitchens, guiding customers from their initial enquiry through to a beautifully designed kitchen and a successful sale.

You'll combine your design skills, product knowledge and commercial experience to help customers find the right kitchen for their home and budget. You'll have the opportunity to build strong customer relationships, develop your sales and grow your earnings.

Although we need someone with the experience and confidence to manage the design and sales process,
you won't be expected to do everything on your own
. You'll be part of a supportive team, with colleagues around you to help and a dedicated Project Manager who takes over once an order has been finalised and processed.

This means you can concentrate on what you do best: designing kitchens, looking after customers and winning business, without having to manage the installation yourself.

• Meeting customers and understanding their requirements, preferences and budgets.
• Creating attractive, practical kitchen designs tailored to each customer.
• Using kitchen CAD software to produce professional designs and layouts.
• Preparing quotations and presenting proposals clearly and confidently.
• Advising customers on cabinetry, worktops, appliances, finishes and design options.
• Building relationships with customers and keeping in touch throughout the sales process.
• Following up enquiries and quotations, helping customers make decisions and progressing sales.
• Using your sales skills to convert opportunities into orders.
• Processing kitchen orders accurately and ensuring all specifications are complete.
• Preparing the information needed for a smooth handover to the Project Manager.
• Working collaboratively with the team to deliver a great customer experience and support the company's growth.

We want someone who brings together great kitchen design and proven sales ability
. You'll need previous experience in kitchen sales and design, but just as importantly, you'll enjoy working with people and have the confidence to guide customers towards a decision.

• Kitchen sales and design experience: Previous experience as a Kitchen Sales Designer or in a comparable kitchen sales and design role.
• CAD design skills: Confident using kitchen design software such as ArtiCAD, Fusion 2020, Winner or similar.
